Vintage Sweater Guard or Clip with nearly 1" round hex sign ceramic bezel-set accent. 7.5" with a 3.5 mm serpentine style chain. The clasp is patented on 9/30/1958 by Kettell. The patent number is stamped on the clasp. This is in very good condition, virtually looks new. Came from PA estate sale. See photos.
